โดยเนื้อแท้มันไม่มีอะไรใหม่ แต่เป็นการรวมร่างของผลิตภัณฑ์เดิมหลายตัว อันได้แก่

• Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus – ตัวท็อปของ Microsoft Office
• Microsoft Exchange Online – เมลเซิร์ฟเวอร์เวอร์ชันบนกลุ่มเมฆ
• Microsoft SharePoint Online – เซิร์ฟเวอร์เอกสารเวอร์ชันบนกลุ่มเมฆ
• Microsoft Lync Online – เซิร์ฟเวอร์ระบบสื่อสารในองค์กร เวอร์ชันบนกลุ่มเมฆ
  

  อธิบายง่ายๆ ว่าแทนที่บริษัทใดๆ จะซื้อไลเซนส์ Microsoft Office แยกเป็นชุดๆ และซื้อเซิร์ฟเวอร์ Exchange/SharePoint มาติดตั้งเอง ก็ “เช่าใช้” เวอร์ชันที่อยู่บนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของไมโครซอฟท์แทน ซึ่งในชุดก็แถม Microsoft Office ที่เป็น desktop client ให้ด้วย

Office 365 เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของวิธีหาเงินของไมโครซอฟท์ จากเดิมที่ขายซอฟต์แวร์ตามไลเซนส์ เปลี่ยนมาเป็นคิดเงินจากค่าเช่าแทน (โดยที่ยังเป็นซอฟต์แวร์ชุดเดิม) ผู้ใช้แต่ละคนจะได้พื้นที่เก็บอีเมลขนาด 25GB และการันตีเสถียรภาพของระบบ 99.9%

Office 365 แบ่งเป็น 3 รุ่นย่อย ตามขนาดและจำนวนผู้ใช้

• Office 365 for small businesses – สำหรับองค์กรที่เล็กกว่า 25 คน คิดราคา 6 เหรียญต่อคนต่อเดือน (ผมเข้าใจว่าไม่แถม Office 2010 Professional Plus นะครับ ใช้ได้แต่ Office Web Apps)
• Office 365 for enterprises – สำหรับองค์กรที่ใหญ่ขึ้นมา จะได้ Office 2010 + Active Directory เพิ่มมาด้วย คิดราคา 2-27 เหรียญต่อคนต่อเดือน ขึ้นกับตัวเลือก (ถ้าอยากได้ Office 2010 ด้วยก็แพงหน่อย)
• Office 365 for education – รุ่นพิเศษสำหรับสถาบันการศึกษา ทำมาชนกับ Google Apps for Education โดยตรง

การมาถึงของ Office 365 ทำให้ผลิตภัณฑ์ออนไลน์ของไมโครซอฟท์หลายๆ ตัวถูกเลิกใช้ทันที และเปลี่ยนมาใช้ Office 365 แทน

• Business Productivity Online Standard Suite (BPOS) มันคือ Exchange Online + SharePoint Online + Lync Online เดิม แปลงร่างมาเป็น Office 365 โดยตรง
• Live@edu มันคือ BPOS สำหรับภาคการศึกษา เปลี่ยนมาใช้ Office 365 for education แทน
• Microsoft Office Live Small Business บริการสร้างเว็บ+อีเมลสำหรับองค์กรขนาดเล็กที่ไม่ต้องการตั้งเซิร์ฟเวอร์เอง จะได้ทดลองใช้ Office 365 ฟรี 3 เดือน

Office 365 เปิดให้ทดสอบรุ่นเบต้าแล้ววันนี้ ส่วนรุ่นจริงจะออกต้นปีหน้า และในรุ่นถัดไปจะรวม Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online เข้ามาในชุดด้วย

5. Double-click the AutoAdminLogon entry, type 1 in the Value Data box, and then click OK.

   Cannot find the Drive:\Windows\System32\users.hlp Help file. Check to see that the file exists on your hard disk drive. If it does not exist, you must reinstall it.
3. Clear the "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer" check box, and then click Apply.
4. In the Automatically Log On window, type the password in the Password box, and then retype the password in the Confirm Password box.
5. Click OK to close the Automatically Log On window, and then click OK to close the User Accounts window.

Blue Screen after clone with Vmware Converter

How to fix it? Here are my steps:

1. Open the VMware Converter and start the Configuration tools;
2. Choose your VM machines image to reconfigure;
3. In the TAP “View/Edit Options”, choose the option “Reconfigure destination virtual machine”, then complete the reconfiguration;
4. Reboot your virtual machine and follow the reconfigure steps. You may require new Windows SN to finish it.
5. Once you can log on, job is done.
